There is no denial in the fact that Chris Brown lost a big part of his fans when the incident with Rihanna took place. This combined with the latest album, which got really mixed reviews, has led towards problems for the 21 year old R&B singer. Now the most recent problem is that there are some inside sources that claim his tears that appeared during the tribute done for Michael Jackson at BET Awards were fake. One person said that a bodyguard handed him a substance that he rubbed on his eyes and this made him cry.
A representative of Chris Brown claimed that this was not true as the tears did come from the heart. Now the problem is that this performance was one that got the R&B artist back on the scene, with critics applauding it. One of the main reasons why this happened was the fact that Chris Brown showed passion and a lot of showmanship. Now if it is proven that the tears for Michael Jackson were fake Chris is in a lot of trouble in his professional career.

You know what..i’m sick & tired of hearing about what’s true and false about Chris Brown..Chris is human just like the rest of us..and i don’t see how bashing him for crying..does anything..I believe that most of these sites just don’t have any good stories to talk about anymore so they make up stupid lies about celebrities..celebrites are just people with a job..that’s all..so who really truely cares if his tears are fake or not?..i believe that his performance was truely sincere..and he cried because of what he has been through..& also for Michael Jackson’s death..I hate sites that bash celebrities..for random stupid things..that people don’t really care to hear about..& why does the Rihanna incident have to be mentioned in every story about Chris?..It’s been over a year since that’s happened? What’s the point of talking about it anymore?.. The whole world knows what happened and probably doesnt even care about it anymore..it’s like any other news..old news..learn to forgive and forget..Let Chris live if he wasnt a celebrity and beat up somebody..i bet he wouldnt even make the local news channel..he’s already almost done with his sentence..and people are still bringing up the incident..everybodys trying to be sincere saying i don’t condone spousal abuse..but give Chris a chance..I mean how many times are we gonna have to hear this story? I’m tired!!
I have to give Chris props for the performance. I thought I was watching MJ. He was fabulous. Now as far as the tears yes I immediately thought they were fake. All of sudden after giving the performance of his life he starts crying. Yes I think it was to win back fans but quite honestly I think he hurt himself even more by being fake. MJ fans like myself would not appreciate what he did.
wow; i cant believe people like you are still tryin to diminish this young boy career! he owned up to his mistakes && he working on becoming a better man! if you watched that performance you can see CLEARLY that was straight form the heart ! what did his bodyguard give him snot drops to! your voice doesnt get that cracked up if your faking! even denzel couldnt pull that one off! do me a favor and leave him alone!! let him get the respect he deserves! everybody knows he is incredibly talented!! && you cant take that gift from God away!

Is it reasonable to believe he did this where someone could have seen it especially if he wanted it to appear real? There were no restrooms stalls to go into where him alone can apply whatever and then come out with his act? Really? Although I am not a fan of his….he’s talented and young and can learn from his awful mistake. Why do you and your media counterparts feel it’s your duty to not let him do that a year plus later?

I feel that chris brown did a really GREAT job with the micheal jackson tribute and the crying looked real. You can tell by the way chris brown dances that he is a micheal jackson fan. Who ever is starting the rumors needs to get a life, mind their business, and STOP HATING!!!!!!!!! I am a very big chris brown fan and i am tired of people slandering his name!!!!!!!!!
Okay.. his performance was awesome. Just like “lilly” said, your voice doesn’t crack up like that if it’s fake. It was from the heart and I think we just need to give him the respect that he deserves for that.
