We all know celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, which made quite a name for himself by shocking and attacking basically every celebrity out there. He has constantly uploaded upskirt shots of various celebrities but this time he might actually end up in jail after his last stunt. The Gossip Gangster (self proclaimed) used twitter to show his followers a picture of Miley Cyrus. No problem would be in this fact but, unfortunately for all parties involved, we are talking about an upskirt photo of a girl that is 17 years old. Although the former teen idol Hannah Montana is no longer looking like a child, we are still in front of child pornography if the authorities say so.
Because of his latest publicity stunt, Perez Hilton risks 15 years in jail as a minimum penalty in case he is convicted. The sentence can range to life in prison, not to mention the registration into the public sex offender database. This is not the first time that Perez Hilton has been in a similar circumstance. Scandals appeared when he put up pictures of Demi Moore’s 15 year old daughter and when pictures of Vanessa Hudgens, nude, were posted and lawyers said she was underage when pictures were taken. He escaped from those scandals and we are very curious to see if he will do so this time too.

He should clearly be arrested, tried and incarcerated for distributing child pornography. When are people like this going realize that just because they have a big mouth, are rude and in the public spotlight that they can act above and beyond the law? If I were her father, I would make sure that he was never again able to hurt another child because of his actions.
Hey.. He is a man with psycological problems he should be arrested and should be kept in mental hospital for life long..

OH! I like Hannah Montana sooo much! I just pray that she will continue to reap massive success once she turns 18. We have all heard of the disasters that have come of celebs such as Britney Spears! Stay smiling Miley, you’re our girl – stay positive!
Perez Hilton is a no-talent creep. I’m not a fan of Miley Cyrus, but this jerk shouldn’t get away with thumbing his nose at the law and posting suggestive pictures of a minor.
